TUBE HOARD FOR SALE
SOLD!!! TUBE HOARD SOLD!!
Offered for sale as one lot, approximately 65,000 vacuum tubes. The photos here are a guide, and in many cases are further detailed on the attached spreadsheet. You can contact me for any details not included there. The box numbers correspond to each listed box on the spreadsheet, and there are many there which do not have photos but are either partially or fully inventoried.
The photos are organized as numeric first, then the "B" group (bulk), followed by the "M" group (miscellaneous), then the "O" group which are mostly octals, and finally the "TRANS" group, which are industrial and transmitting tubes. There is also a small group in there of "RECT" which are all rectifier tubes of one sort or another. These all correspond to the Excel spreadsheet by number. (coming soon, not posted yet as of 3/14/22)
CLICK ON THE FIRST PHOTO (or any), and you can use the arrow to sort through them all from there. You can also just scroll through them; there is a 'view more' button at the bottom of the first photo page.
There are approximately 240 photos.
Box 7/9-17 is typical of 30 boxes of 7/9 pin boxed mostly new tubes. I only photographed one, possibly will add the rest shortly.
Additionally, there are approximately 50 boxes that were not photographed, but are detailed on the spreadsheet. They can be identified by the blank in the "Photo" checkbox in column B.
The "TRANS" group is detailed on a separate spreadsheet, and each box is fully inventoried there.
The PHOTOS should be considered the last word on what is in each box.
Shipping/transportation can be discussed once the sale is final. The size of the hoard is a quantity of 8 shipping pallets, 4'x4' stacked 6' high approximately. I have no idea of the weight but could probably estimate that when the time comes.
I am going to accept offers for the entire hoard, and if none are forthcoming I will place a price on it and we can take it from there. My estimate is that, at RETAIL (i.e. Ebay prices, which we all know most won't pay), this hoard would list at well over $100k. I will consider any offer, and obviously expect far less than full "EBAY Retail" lol. I just use that as a reference figure, since I have to pick some number. Contact me privately with your offers.
